Terms of Sale
Enjoy security and peace of mind when purchasing from Card-io. All on-line transactions are made directly through Worldpay which is the banks secure web site and we do not have any contact with debit/credit card details. We also have a Privacy Policy.
All products on this site are available by Mail order. We have closed our retail store until we find appropriate premises.
Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards on-line and cheques if ordering by post, but please remember to allow for Postage and Packing.

You can also order by phone if you phone 01704 549777 during office hours (10am to 4pm Monday through Friday, the office may be closed on occasion when we exhibit at craft shows).
Post & Packaging costs: We have a standard rate of £2 on all orders £60 or less within the United Kingdom. This also contributes to banking costs on really small orders (we have no minimum spend). UK deliveries are free on orders over £60. Some heavy items may have a P&P surcharge (which will be clearly marked and included in the price).
Overseas orders must be placed online and postage will be calculated according to geographical location but is free within Europe on orders over over £100 and £5 for orders below £100. Our products normally are sent out the next working day by Royal Mail. Expect a slight delay of up to four days during show times, (see our show schedule for more information).
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods you may cancel your order within 7 days of taking delivery of your items. Please Email us at sales@card-io.com or telephone on 01704 549777 during office hours to arrange a full refund on your card and return of the goods.
